Caroline Pryor

Employment & Earnings Chair

Caroline Pryor, 2024-2025 Employment and Earnings Committee Chair, is serving in her second year in this role and third year on the Commission. In this role, she leads efforts to identify and address economic disparities affecting women and girls in the community, with a current focus on creating accessible, high-quality childcare initiatives. A queer mom of two and a local foster parent, she brings both lived experience and professional insight to her advocacy, working to ensure that equity and inclusion remain central to policy conversations.


Professionally, she is a Project Manager at Cummins Cederberg, Inc., where she specializes in Resiliency, helping communities adapt to and thrive amid environmental and climate challenges. Her leadership reflects a deep passion for community empowerment, economic justice, and building a more inclusive, sustainable future for all families.


When she’s not advocating for the community, she enjoys listening to podcasts, keeping up with pop culture, and spending time with her family.
