Kiosha Forston

Kiosha Forston is a Coding Operations Education Manager for the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare. Kiosha is a results-oriented strategic visionary with expertise as a high impact trainer and leader in healthcare. She is passionate about leadership development, professional coaching, and helping others thrive despite their circumstances. Kiosha is also an entrepreneur serving as CEO of Noah’s Ark Housing, Business Navigation & Solutions and Let’s Take L.E.A.D. She is actively involved in her church and community. In 2018, she was appointed to the National Advisory Board of the AAPC – the world’s largest training and credentialing organization for the business of healthcare. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Tallahassee Southside, Tallahassee Branch of NAACP, and a former member of the Leon County Library Advisory Board. Kiosha has served in leadership roles with Truth Gatherers Dream Center Church, the Tallahassee Chapter of AAPC, and the Tallahassee Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.


A former Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Investigator and Medical Coding Program Director, Kiosha Forston, has over 20 years of experience in management and leadership. She has earned multiple certifications as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) and Certified Healthcare Training Specialist – Trainer (CHTS-TR). She is a proud graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management and a Master of Applied Social Sciences in Public Administration.


Kiosha’s personal motto is “Be persistent about being consistent” and she is eager to apply that motto in her service to the CSWG.
